For metal, plastic and especially radon foils we offer the Alu-Butyl airtight sleeve.
Application: Self-adhesive cuffs for sealing penetrations through the airtight layer, e.g. concrete, sand-lime brick, fine wood fibre boards, OSB boards and radon sealing foils.
Adhesive collars:
- Material: aluminium-plastic composite film / butyl rubber

- Thickness: approx. 0.1 mm composite film / approx. 1 mm butyl adhesive
- Butyl density: approx. 1.5 g / cm³ (DIN EN ISO 10563)
- Temperature resistance: -40 C° to +100 C°.
- UV resistance: Very good
Flexible sealing grommet:
- Material: EPDM
- Color: Black
- Hardness: +0 +- 5 Shore A (DIN ISO 48)
- Density: 1,15 g/cm³ (DIN ISO 1183-1)
- Tensile strength: 11.6 MPa (DIN ISO 37)
- Temperature resistance: -30 C° to + 100 C°.

Processing note: The surface must be dry, load-bearing, free of dust and separating agents. Porous substrates such as concrete, plaster, etc. must be treated in advance with an adhesive primer. Wrinkles and creases must be avoided.
It is recommended to keep the cuffs cool as long as possible.
