RadonTec AlphaEx ventilator - the compact roof ventilator for radon extraction Systems
The AlphaEx was developed for the underfloor extraction of radon gas. With a drainage below the foundation, radon-containing soil air is extracted over a wide area and conducted outside by negative pressure. With a so-called radon well in or near the house, the radon-containing soil air is extracted selectively and thus kept away from the walls of the house that are in contact with the soil. This prevents the radon from entering the building.
The AlphaEx is suitable for permanent outdoor use.
Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, the roof fan is also suitable for roofs with a low load-bearing capacity and houses of lightweight construction.
Speed controller RS-1-400 or transformer RSA5E-2-P (optionally)
The single-phase fans of the AlphaEx series can be controlled with a speed controller or transformer.
When connecting several fans, it must be ensured that the maximum current and current consumption of the speed controller is not exceeded.
Stepless speed controller RS-1-400
Please note: Due to the phase control, a humming noise may occur in the lower speed range. In rooms with a requirement for low-noise fan operation, the RSA5E-2-P speed controller is recommended.
5-stage transformer RSA5E-2-P
The AlphaEx variants in comparison
The AlphaEx roof fan is available in three different variants, each of which differs in its nominal width and the resulting values.
