Spray primer - Optimum adhesion preparation for adhesive tapes

The spray primer is a low-odour, transparent primer in aerosol form that has been specially developed for the pre-treatment of porous or mineral substrates. It improves the adhesion of acrylate, butyl and bitumen-rubber adhesive tapes and ensures a permanent bond.

Properties

Short flash-off time (varies depending on the substrate).
With special nozzle, adjustable for 3 different application widths and heights, enabling targeted application.
Due to the fast flash-off time, correction is only possible for a short time.

Application instructions

The surface must be even, firm, dry and free of grease, oil and dust. Shake can well before use. Spray the entire bonding surface evenly with a thin film from a distance of approx. 20 cm and allow to evaporate for approx. 3-5 minutes. Spray the can upside down after use.
