AlphaBlock 4+ for radon-proof renovation of existing buildings and waterproofing of new Buildings

The certified radon foil AlphaBlock 4+ can be used for the renovation of existing buildings as well as for the sealing of new buildings. The adhesive strips make installation uncomplicated and quick.

In the case of uneven substrates in existing buildings and depending on the floor structure of the new building, we recommend the additional installation of RadonTec protective fleece despite the already integrated fleece. For detailed information, please refer to the respective installation instructions.

The additional sealing of the bonding points is done by the radon-proof AlphaTape.

AlphaSeal sealing slurry is used for radon-proof bonding of the AlphaBlock 4+ film to the walls or floor slab. It is suitable for vertical and horizontal application both indoors and outdoors.

Regardless of the application site, every penetration (cable, pipe entries, grounding lugs, etc.) must be sealed radon-proof. We recommend the radon-proof adhesive sleeves AlphaColl, which are available in various diameters.

Existing building interior renovation AlphaBlock 4+

AlphaBlock 4+ is a bitumen-free radon foil for radon-proof interior renovation. The radon barrier is laid in a trough-like manner in the room and bonded to the walls with AlphaSeal sealing slurry.

Installation under the screed: with uneven subfloor with additional radon fleece.

Laying above the screed: not under floor coverings that have to be glued down
